Good workout for a 13 year old. 5″ 3 Male?
before you read, if your gonna say something like.. dont workout it decreases your growth, or your too young, please leave now.
Hey whats up, im 13 years old i weigh about 114lbs. It’s almost summer, so the weathers getting nice. can someone please tell me some good workouts i can do to INCREASE my abdominal muscles, and preferably my triceps and biceps. I play AAA football and i have to start getting ripped before my training camp starts. i was pretty ripped during the winter but i got lazy and starting getting a little bigger in my stomach area but its okay because i didn’t increase a GREAT amount of weight.
but yea finishing my point, i would just like some good workouts i could do weather it was inside or outside, that can or WILL increase my abdominal muscles and my arms.

At your age theres not alot you can do other than stay very athletic. Unfortuneatly (and you wont like this, just like I didnt then) you’re really not grown enough to get “ripped”. And i’m sorry ..trust me it pissed me off too back then. But of course you can always do the normal for endurance, sittups, pushups and pullups.Do sittups on mondays..on tuesday if your not sore, that means you did no good. So monday work your stomach . Tuesday due your pushups, Wednesday do your pullups. On thursday your stomach muscles shouldnt hurt anymore and start over. REMEMBER if you dont hurt the next day than you accomplished nothing!
