How often are refueling points in the Appalachian Trail?
If I am hiking the Appalachian Trail going to be able to stop somewhere every 3 or 4 days to resupply with food? When you say you can go to the city from the road to get food and stuff to do like getting out of the woods in the center of the village and walk wherever you need to go and then back to the forest and walk or what, hows that work?

Resupply points are less frequent at the end South and North Pole. And yes, there is need for more food for a week in most of the AT For trips longer than a week, hikers often leave trace periodically for refueling in nearby towns. Some ship food parcels ahead of the post offices, hostels, and businesses near the route, while others buy food along the road.
