I live in the UK, have a swiss army knife and want to know if it is legal or not?

I’m pretty sure it’s legal so long as you don’t carry it around in your pocket when you’re out & about – as the police can stop and search you if they don’t like the look of yo or if you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time – you could be charged with carrying an offensive weapon.
