How many Push Ups/Crunches does the Army,Navy,USMC,etc do a day?

Its not how many you have to be able to do EVERY day… its how much you can do gor your Physical Fitness Test…
Every branch of the military is different… and it changes from age and if you are male or female….
I know in the ARMY… in order to pass your PT test you have to do at least 60% or score 60 points in each area… for a total of 180 points…
Army= (these are for a male, I am assuming you are a male due to your Icon Sorry if I am wrong)
17-21 to pass your PT test you would have to do 42 pushups in 2 minutes… and to “max out” on your PT test (score 100) in the pushups in the same age group you would have to do 71 pushups in 2 minutes.
Army standards are not crunches, they are situps with your fingers interlocked behind your head…. you can’t rest in the “down” position which is laying on your back with your knees bent, you can only “rest” in the up position with your elbows NOT touching your knees… and the 60%/point standard for 17-21 year old male for situps is 53 and for 100%/points same age group is 78.. again… that is in 2 minutes…
Run time for 17-21 male is 15:54 minute 2 mile for 60%/points and a 13:00 minute 2 mile for 100%/points…
