I can’t find anywhere in there an age restriction though.
I don’t know your local laws.
What I do know is it is very rare for countries/sates/etc to have a law that forbids “possession of a pocketknife” by minors; I’ve certainly never heard of it. Similarly, I don’t know of any law relating to possession of weapons that is applicable only to minors.
Depending on your local laws, and the circumstances in which you have the knife on you, you may be breaking laws relating to weapons; but your age would only effect your punishment, not make a crime were wouldn’t be one if you were older.
There are usually laws relating to the type (folding/fixed, one handed opening/two handed opening, locking/non-locking etc.) and/or size of knife you can carry though, so make sure you find those out beforehand.
