Is a Clif Bar a good meal replacement option?
I am going to start working out at lunch and don’t really have time to eat a full meal. Does a Clif Bar work as a food for my whole lunch? Also I was thinking of a protein shake and maybe fruit/veggies.
I mean, it’s alright…but it’s basically just a semi-healthier candy bar. It’s good every so often, but not everyday.
If you’re in a hurry, try making a quick sandwich or bring along some nuts with crackers…etc.
