Why does white light give me a headache?
Bright light, especially white fluorescent light, gives me a headache and muddles my thinking. Doctor’s offices (exam rooms) and retail stores are surefire triggers. Why does this happen? And is there anything I can do other than use warm lighting in my home? Alternate colored bulbs or lights? Similar experiences? Thanks.
you are probably like me light sensitive. i went to my eye doctor and although i don’t need any prescription glasses i got a really fancy pair of tinted glasses and some lightly tinted sunglasses that were suitable to wear indoors. Mine is really bad though i have to turn the brightness and contrast down on all my pc’s because if i sit with them on normal i get a headaches within 15minutes.
