Making Kebab, made a high-cast-iron stove and grill work?
I'm thinking of doing tonight kebab meat. I have no barbecue grill charcoal, but I have a stove-top grill, cast iron (such inverse of the grill / griddle) installation on two stove burners. Is it this is an acceptable substitute for a real grill? Is not the kebab out as good as one made from a barbecue grill? If the quality is going to be below par You know how close that makes it similar to the one in a barbecue grill? What grabs me in the oven? Will it work?
With any situation, you not get exactly the same flavor, but was close. If you use the grill pan, you get the grill marks and grease drain.
