html: you have 4 different pictures, different sizes. How to put in table 2×2 all 4 pictures so it fits?
How to stretch or reduce sizes of pictures(you dont know their sizes) so they automatically fit the table cells and become with width=20 pixels and height 30 pixels?

If you don’t know the sizes of the images, which would be easy to find out, you are going to distort them by not maintaining the proper aspect ratio by forcing them into a set cell width/height.
Really a bad idea. But, if you just have to do it, put this in each image tag like this example:
