would you use your neighbors things without asking?
if you and you neighbor were cool and you shared a yard,would you use things they had in the yard. if you had a cookout and your neighbor had folding chairs and you needed them would it be okay to just use them? considering there is a picnic table that they brought and had no problem with you using. could you use the chairs without asking too. what if there was a basketball hoop, would you need to ask everytime you wanted to shoot hoops or is i kind of like a community item?
I think it would be courteous to ask them, in case they are planning to be using the items… Don’t simply help yourself any time you want unless they have communicated that it’s ok to do so.
