Why is my gasless mig wire Arking inside the mixer gas (mig torch)?
Welding friends please help me out here I have a Panther 120 mig welder with a 5kg spool of cable wire without gas CIGWELD not cheap shit. PROBLEM IS THE CABLE ON TOUR LIVE IN THE INTERIOR OF THE TORCH occasionally JAMS AND UP IN THE GUN, I changed shirts gooseneck swan necks including a whole flare configuration. after a few uses that continues to happen randomely if You can imagine the power cord to the end of the gun with burn marks on it as it passes through the gas mixer. I CAN NOT work outside can be a thing simple, but I am so angry about pulling it apart every weld to fix the solution eludes me every damn day. I'm going out of my brain I can not buy another assistance please
I would call the manufacture in this case, it sounds like a defect.
