How I can wire up a battery powered flashlight?
The stator on my scooter is dead, and I can, t pay $ 100 for a new (me mean, i drive a scooter, im broke as a joke obviously.) I only enough for visibility, not to pass inspection or not. The bulbs come as scooter candy, and I can not run more than about 4 seconds before it explodes a lightbulb. i will consider putting a new bulb in housing, but instead of cables up legitimately i the wire in a sheath of the battery. similar to a camping-style lighthouse or a serpent of light. when I ride, Just push the button and take a flashlight. i rarely ride at night, so it is not necessary to actually see, has just seen. Anyone have a good suggestion for me?
Sure you can use a battery to power lights but wrong to assume its stator is dead. If stator has enought power to blow your flashlight then the stator is fine. The problem is your voltage regulator is either burned or not grounded. With the voltage regulator voltage run wild and off the bulbs very quickly. The way in which the regulator voltage of the works is bleeding from the current over land which limits the maximum voltage coming from the regulator. Start by checking if the controller is based. If you went to land, then it is safe to assume that the regulator is blown and needs replacing. However, before replacing the controller must verify the reason that exploded first. May have been only the regulator was old or was a very hot day, but it could have flown in the circuit components were absent from the exercise load sufficient pressure on the regulator to overheating.
