Need help with car strobe lights. One of the bulbs only works when an outside light touches it?
I have them in my headlights, and the driver side one flashes like it’s supposed to but the passenger side one has a major delay. BUT if I shine a flashlight onto it, it will flash normally…I really don’t know what would cause this.
the night time sensor is bad.
