Why, when the Western press are arrested, knowing if caught in illegal territory, trying to say it was accidental?
when the war Western planes between no-fly zones is in error ….. When the American sailing ship in illegal water navigation was faulty. then, if caught, arrested or shot by a hostile country all hell breaks loose! if the three hikers (lol) were the journalists. where it is processed by the laws of that country?
Americans have a bad habit of believing that only what is "better" for Americans is what matters. If a person enters the United Country illegally and is caught, that person is accountable and punished, sometimes severely. There is no reason why other countries have no right to keep people within its borders responsible for their laws. Korean journalists, hikers in Iran, all violated the laws of the country came and thus deserve his punishment. It is arrogant to think that because journalists have made a mistake because their actions are justified. Nor is there such thing as a "right to know." Reporters are me Worst: Vultures and locusts. Anything and everything that is what I think is covered by this "right to know." I am a citizen of the United States, and I find with the behavior of Americans abroad shame!
