Weight Loss Tips for a Endomorph?
Recently I discovered that I am classified as an endomorph. Laa-dee-daa. Very good! Here's the deal: I Brand floating around 200 pounds (I have lot fell 30 pounds in recent months), hike three miles twice a week, making the machine ab and tread mill for 20 minutes 2-3 times a week, running and walking, and a bit of yoga at least once a week. I unfortunately have a desk job, but that have reduced the fast food, the exchange is for salads and whole grains, drink pop (tea only) and am fighting the cigarette habit. My problem is that my weight loss efforts have stalled in the last month, I have not lost more weight lately and I'm sick of working my ass off for nothing. My husband is supportive and there a history of thyroid problems in my family (but my doctor says I'm fine). Is it time to surrender and accept my body as it is? Or is that someone has good ideas amplification by burning calories to endomorphs?
All I can do is tell you what's working for me. 1200 calories a day … I write everything I eat … no fast food .. many vegetables and fruits, lean meats and grains … sugar-free … no white flour breads {} and NO fast food. I start my day with a walk. another half day trip and then some other exercise in the afternoon. Exercise keeps your metabolism revved. Good luck.
