Knife Maintenance (Sand in pivot)?
I have a, brand new, Buck 110 Folding Hunter. I do not like to keep it in its sheath and prefer to keep it in my pocket during the day. Unfortunately this has led to the sand in my pocket collecting in the pivot of the knife. What is the best way to remove this sand from the pivot?

Brake or carb cleaner followed by a good application of a decent lube.Use the straw tube to blast the grains out then lube it. If this is a recurring problem, check out the “dry lubes ” on the market.
