Council weighs parks changes
The San Angelo City Council meeting Tuesday featured hours of debate on a mishmash of issues that included the city’s extensive drainage and storm water infrastructure problems, as well as proposed changes to camping and other policies at Lake Nasworthy and Twin Buttes — but the council took little action.
