How U.S. Lensatic compass liquid filled?
The best idea is to make one of the following: go to an outdoor shop and make a staff member, joining a tour in a wooded area where the guides have some knowledge of a compass, go see your local personnel or park ranger services; go to see a scout group or see if there is a walking club near where you live – Try "Out of the magazine if you are in the U.S. (or similar" outdoor activities "The magazine) and look in the classified section for the owner in most of these points … BECAUSE: It's waaay too complex to give an answer that will understand here, plus we'll need to have a hands – on experience with it. I could try to explain what things like "magnetic declination" means but I would take up too much space, to confuse the hell outta you and you have 90 other questions if you really got what I was saying! And that is only one aspect that needs to know. There are also plenty of things to do with the topographic maps you will need to be explained, too, because a compass is useless without a map. Sorry … that's just the way to learn navigation. It is a matter of experience.
