The guide in my Sig Sauer P239 9mm will not lock back when magazine is empty, why?
Every time I emptied a magazine of the slide not blocked again. It is every magazine I have, not one in particular for journals that are no problem. I keep the gun lubrication and is just about to arrive one year of age but is still fairly new. Winchestor ball ammunition I can use on the stove for my ammo is not the right baseline. Is this something I'll have to take it to a gunsmith?
I had this problem with every shot Ive Sig. That is one reason why I have no one. Two of the boys who work with them and I have shot both and the same happened in both. I tried holding the gun with more strength, more flexible and re-evaluated how I put my hand on the gun. This problem I must be because the owners do not have this problem. My advice is to try a different brand of the first ammunition. Then try to keep it more strongly, or change the grip to keep an eye on the thumb to ensure that no shock or applying pressure to the slide release. Filling in the journal to prove it if you only have to carry two in the magazine. have happened to someone else shoot to see if this continues. If all else fails, your like me and simply do not work for you.
