What is the brightest ‘HID’ Spotlight out there?
I own the “Power On Board” spotlight. It’s like what they use on helicopters or as search lights.
- My spotlight has a 35 watt 6000 K metal halide bulb.
- My spotlight blasts 3,500 lumens of light.
I wanted to know if anyone knows what is the ultra brightest HID spotlight out there that one can buy?
I want to buy super brightest (blinding- bright), farthest in range (5miles away or more) that money could buy??
The Polarion PH50 ‘Helios’ HID Searchlight is (or appears to be) the brightest flashlight around – at $2,395, it better be! It puts out 5,200 lumens, runs 60 minutes, is very small and only takes 4 hours to charge! I couldn’t bring myself to spend the two grand necessary for testing, so I’ll just have to trust it’s really that bright
