Best Flashlight?
I want to find a bright flashlight. It is not a point of light, but a flashlight. I'm thinking of a rechargeable Mag light. I feel comfortable because have for so long and have never had anyone say anything bad about them. any other ideas?
Never heard a bad Magcharger? Ok, try this …. 10 minutes of "brilliant" before quickly heads downhill. 15 minutes and made 75%. Approximately 1 hour of operation and reaches 50%. 1 hour and 30 minutes and you're in the dark. You then have 16 hours to recharge. It is a great "walk the dog" light …. or investigation of noise in the backyard …. but eat fast food halogen bulb * *. As light makes a great club. In comparison, the magla (3 D cells) can run for a hair less than 24 continuous hours before it reaches the 50% output …. and still going to get the useful light after two days of continuous use. Is the one you want to prolonged power outages. It's just a hair over half as bright as halogen, however. Also for comparison, you can pick up a Dorcy ($ 24 in HarborFreight) Luxeon 3Watt that will be about two thirds of the halogen light Magcharger and a duration of 24 continuous hours before it drops to 50%. Is half Maglite way between the two in performance. It is the cheapest (by far) and is what I suggest.
