How is a military style sit-up?
I'm training to enter the military and military-style ear Sit-ups are different and difficult. I just need to know if that's true or not.
It's just a complete abdominal … go from being flat on your back with legs bent to sit … only a difference of 90 degrees, no big deal. Who told you you were more difficult is a thought.
