Why do I feel so tired lately?
For the past few weeks, it seems that I have very tired early, around 9.10, and at night .. For the past few days, however, I have been feeling very tired. It's weird because I feel like that now and I slept at least 10 hours last night. Also I should mention that recently (yesterday) finished az pak. Still kind of feel congested though. There are no other symptoms … Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
Do you know by chance if you have anemia? Try to do a blood test just to make sure that it is not medically related. Otherwise, perhaps just did not have REM sleep a lot! Good luck!
