How do you make a didgeridoo out of cane pole?
i wouldnt know where to get a big peice of bamboo but cane grows naturally around all the rivers here so i could get it easy. but how would i go about making a didgeridoo out of it? i have no idea where to begin but i really want one.

1. a didgeridoo has nothing to do with pokemon

Step 1
Find a piece of dry bamboo cane with no cracks in it. It should be at least 5 feet long and have an inside diameter of 1.5 inches or wider at the narrow end. Cut it with a small-toothed handsaw.
Step 2
Break the nodes out of the bamboo. Take a piece of steel rebar or other metal rod and bang it against the nodes. Alternately, you could heat the bamboo over a flame to burn the nodes out.
Step 3
Smooth out the narrower end. Sand the edge with a piece of fine grit sandpaper until it is round and smooth. This is where you will build the mouthpiece.
Step 4
Roll a small piece of beeswax into a strand and press it against the inner wall of the narrow opening. Work it all the way around so that it is attached evenly to the bamboo.
Step 5
Roll another small piece of beeswax into a strand. Press it against the outer edge of the bamboo. Smooth it all the way around the edge of the bamboo.
Step 6
Keep adding beeswax strips until you have built up a mound with a narrow opening. This is your mouthpiece.
