What’s the best battery to use that gives out 200 watts in 24hrs?
im looking for a rechargeble battery that can power 2 lights that are roughly 200 watts per hour for 24 hours?
Power consuming = 200 Watts ( I think this might be wrong. No need to take the specification in watts per hours. )
I don’t exactly know what power specification of supply will power to your load(2 lights) . AC 220 volts ? AC 100 volts? DC 24 volts? DC 12 volts??
Assume that you are using DC 24 volts (since your loads is too high 200 watts and you are saying rechargeable battery) ….
Ampere consuming = 200 watts / 24 volts = 8.33 amp
supply hours = 24 hrs
Minimum needed Ampere hrs = 8.33 * 24 = 200 AH ( called Ampere Hours )
If you want to use 24 V Battery, see AH spec that is over 200 AH.
This is too high. So you may use ( 24Volts minimum 100AH) 2 batteries in parallel.
If you are sure for all of your load specifications and power supply specification, please do the calculation as described above.
