AT&T phone replacement…?
I have a LG Xenon that has stopped working. (under warranty) There is no water damage or anything like that, except a few scratches on the back. Since AT&T does not sell this phone anymore will they give me options for replacement phone or will they send me a refurbished phone (if they have them).
If they give options for a replacement phone what phones would i have to choose from.?
I work for at&t in a retail store and deal with these types of scenerios everyday. Depending on how populated the area you live in is there are device support centers where you can take the phone in and they will replace it on the spot(just call a local at&t store and ask). If not you need to call XBM (exchange by mail) and they will ship the replacment phone in about 2 business days. But i’m pretty sure the Xenon is a phone the device support center carrys.
