I have started engineering in high school and we need to know how to attach these the teacher will ask us tomorrow and i have no clue he said he’ll ask us what we know plz answer

In production they are soldered.
If you are doing a test piece of equipment you might use a board that has small clips (flea clips) that components can be snapped into and jumpers can tie them together. After it starts to look workable you could go to a simple board for soldering. If it is a circuit in which small capacitance and component placement can effect performance you need to go to a board similar to the final one very early in the process.
