How could isolate a concrete floor slab before placing the rug in a family room?
We have a family room we're trying to stay warm. We are looking for some kind of system to isolate the concrete slab in the room before adding carpet. Is there an idea or system installation out there?
Pads make floor heating can install it yourself. If you buy a good thick rug pad from under the carpet, which will heat the room. Take a look at the underfloor heating in the Home Depot on line.
