Who can I sue and for what reason?
Okay, a month ago my car key was stolen out of my house by a man that was working for a contractor sent into my place by my condo association to mke a repair that I said I would do at my own expence, but the condo association said no you have to have our guys fix it.
Anyway, after he stole the key he sold it to someone else for drug money. Next thing you know my car has been stolen and torche the night we get back from vacation, it was late so all our stuff was still in the car, car seats, a double stroller, clothes, my watch, my camera, and then there were sentimental things like a picture of my 21/2 yr olds first roller coaster ride, his favorite teddy dog and his Buzz Lightyear, along with my step daughters homemade presents for fathers day and some of her school projects
If you are in the U.S. you can sue anybody for anything. Actually winning is another story. You may have a civil case if you can prove that the man stole the key.
