Will there be a tent over Point State Park for Sept. 10 at the Kickoff concert Pgh?
I really want to go to two, but I just read that Umbrellas are banned, and the forecast is calling for rain. So, does anyone know if they will cover the park, since you can not bring anything in case giant. If I were you I would suck him off and go. Hell, it's a free country and the Black Eyed Peas Tim McGraw concert. I'm not going because I'll be on the north side and will be a pain $ a $ to drive there.
