can you turn a disposable cameras flash into a small lamp ?
ive seen a few things around on the net about changing the flash rates and etc and alternate uses for camera flash bulbs and the electricals associated with them and i had a thought … a flashbulb in the cheap disposable cameras is just a small xenon right? doesit have to just flash ? isit possible to make a powerful torch or something out of also what other uses for them ?
Not really practical. It needs the very high voltage discharge to light it for the very short nano-sec. duration of the flash and a longer flash cycle would destroy it.
